Forgot your XtraCAD password and want to know how to retrieve it?
Option 1: If you can't remember your password but still have access to the email address that you registered with follow the procedure shown below. Please be aware that your password reminder will be sent to the email address that you registered with (even if you enter a different address) so if you have changed job or no longer have access to that email account, you will not receive it.
Option 2: If you have previously set up a 'Secret Question' in your profile you will be presented with different options after selecting 'Forgot Password' and you should follow the procedure shown below. This will allow you to change your password and then access your account from any email address that you may be using at that time.
Option 3: If you do not have access to the email address that you registered withANDhave not previously set up a 'Secret Question' in your profile (or fogot the answer to it) you will need to contact us. Use the Contact button on the menu and ensure that you provide your username and the email address that you registered with. Also, make sure that you enter the new email address where you want login details sent to. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please Note: Do NOT attempt to register again as this may jeapardize your account!
