Burning one piece of a fitting

If you need to re-burn 1 piece of a fitting how do you do it?  We are using a vulcan table non touch screen version.

For the non touch screen, you either have to dry run the sheet up to the point where that piece is and then burn, or just renest the piece onto a different sheet. I usually just renest the piece.
