Hi everyone,
I am a CADduct user sending .maj files to our duct manufacturer. I am using their materials, spec ITM files etc so our databases are matching. However when they open one of my .maj files all the spec, materials etc come in as temporary files and they are having trouble sending them out to the factory to get made, I get the same issues when opening .maj files from FAB in my CADduct, very frustrating. I've added a screen shot to help explain.
