Is there any way to change this fitting from a duct board fitting to a sheetmetal fitting

I don't think so.  Pattern groups are predefined and not user adjustable. I'll see if I can find an alternative.

Well, 859 will get the same shape, but not the same options.  What are you trying achieve, maybe there is another option?

I attached a picture of dimensions to get the same shape as the defualt for 1138.
