Quantities not showing up in report

Same report as the post above however a different problem just showed up. On the second page where it reports elbows (bends) some show up with a quantity and others have no number in the quantity column. I have tried the trial and error method to correct but am surrendering to the experts.
I have attached the report and a sample drawing so you can run the report and see what is occurring.
Anyone who can figure out the problem, I would appreciate knowing what it is so I have the solution for future reports. :x

Nice job on the usage of Tables in the Report.

The only problem with the Elbow table is a switch "Only show Same Consecutive Data Once" that is turned On. This only displayes the quantity field if the last quantity is not the same, you get what I mean right.

I also cleaned up a couple of entries in the Elbow table that appeared not to be required
