"Hover over" reads item numbers not service / elevations

When I "Hover over" items does not read service name or elevation. It's reading item numbers any ideas?

Try the command 'FORCETOOLTIP'.  Just learned about this command the other day.

Turn off your Dynamic Input/ Enable pointer Input.

I'm having a similar problem that I don't get the properties at all when I hover over an item on solids. It suddenly stopped working. I had checked the dynamic settings but doesn't make a difference. Any ideas?

"Forcetooltip" worked for me with Fabrication 2015. Thank you.
