With Duct & Duct Fittings, when trying to "Store Design Line Elements" from a 2015 Revit model (creating a .rif file), we are getting the following error message:

"Error - cannot be ignored
An internal error occurred during export
The shape of the connector is neither rectangular nor oval"

Has anyone run across this?  if yes, how did you solve it?

Thanks

This just happened to me.

I exported small portions of the model to track down the offender, which was a tap at the end of a rect>round transition.  Deleted it and exported all successfully.
