layer manager does not scroll at the bottom

I am trying to scroll to VP Freeze column and my layer manager does not have horizontal scroll at the bottom
Any ideas?

Does the layer manager dialogue box extend beyond the screen?

I can extend it horizontally but not vertically

No, I meant when the dialogue box is displaying is some of it off the screen, but obviously not, so my proposed solution would have been irrelevant.

Let's hope someone else has an idea.

No horizontal scroll bar means everything is showing. Right click on column header and make sure you are displaying everything you want to see.

It is showing further, I need scroll to the side to see it but I am not able to do so.
I have to manually squeeze all columns in to see it, before I was able to scroll

Doesn't look like you get horizontal scroll bars when the Layer palette is docked and not set to auto hide, so you have to stretch the palette out to see the other columns.  Checked in 2016 & 2018.
