CADmep 2017 Damper CID#921 inserting incorrectly
« on: Jul 24, 2016, 12:07:51 PM »
CADmep 2017 Damper CID#921 now seems to be inserting rotated 90 degrees incorrectly.
Also if I attach the attacher arrow on the damper, it is pointing 90 degrees in the wrong direction.
Can anyone confirm this? Is there any way to fix this on my own?
Thanks
Have An EGGCELLENT Day!!

Rotated here as well. Annoying having to rotate every time we insert one.
Did not have that problem on 2016.

Typically insert one rotate correctly and then just COPY/PASTE from there...

Are you on the latest update 2017.1? I just tested in DL and as Cut-In and both were inserted with the correct rotation.

Hello everyone

Are you aware of the rotate option during take-off as cut-in?

Relying on the attacher branch arrow direction to determine the handle position means you have to place the attacher prior to using take-off as cut-in which seems counter intuitive, unless you are using the attacher to specify non-orthogonal positions?

Craig F
