Extrude along Spline
« on: Sep 22, 2016, 02:34:50 PM »
I have Spline as a path and circle that I need to extrude along that path and for some reason it looks weird. See screenshot.
Any ideas?

I figured it out and found workaround
I did right click on Spline->select spline edit-> convert to polyline. It worked just fine.

Not sure why it did not like the original spline....

You might could also try the "sweep" command.

Indeed, SWEEP should work here....also, LOFT does cool stuff for extrusions if you have shape changes.
