Revit 2017 moving along Z axis
« on: Feb 04, 2017, 10:57:03 PM »
I am Sheet Metal detailer using Revit 2017 and detailing a project with Fabrication parts.
Is there a way to move Fabrication items (Duct, Equipment, grilles etc.....) while in plan view along the Z axis?
Currently I am having to do a section view each time.
Thanks for any help!

When you select the items look at the Properties>Constraints>Offset, you can change the offset there and work reasonably well if you only select fittings with the same elevation. If you are wanting to move items with multiple elevations up 6" for example then jmorton is right.
