Layer Manager command is not working

Need to help to get back my layer manager command.
When I typed LA it brought a message Unhandled Exception....
I started to read some tips and reinstalled microsoft.net which did not help to solve the problem. Now I do not see Unhandled Exception... message but nothing happens when I type LA

Any ideas?

I've seen before that it is a memory issue that makes your layer manager bug out like that so re-booting and giving AutoCAD more memory will help out.

I saw this post for when the Layer Properties Manager does not display in AutoCAD

I know it's not the same as the issue you are having but wonder if deleting the registry key could help?

If you do give it a shot, back up the registry first!

Removed from registry Layer manager and no changes...
Still does not show up when I run in command line

Does it work if you click on the toolbar icon?

Yes, toolbar just shows me layers
I am using classiclayer command to adjust layers for now. I need to get back regular layer manager-much convenient to use

I figured it out

I went to cui->my current workspace-> removed layer properties manager and added new one!
