Item Quantities in my worksheet

(1/4) > >>

TomParagon:
Ok, so I'm creating worksheets and I'm trying to get identical fittings with the same tag number to show up in my worksheet so I don't end up with 20 of the same cut sheet.  I tried the "item quantity" from the list, but it still separates all the same fittings into different sheets.  What is the correct way to fix this?

Thanks,

Tom

TonyHolsinger:
Check the order tab in the worksheet builder. I'm not sure how you have it set up, and what you're reporting, so I can't say exactly which, but try merging some together.

Edit: Wait, you asked about worksheets, my mind immediately went to reports for some reason  ::) Sorry  :-\

look under properties.

oddly enough, this option is selected already.

DJT:
Good catch, think you just found another bug. In 2015 you did not have the grouping option. I ran the same report in 2017 and 2015 with different results. in 2015 it grouped the worksheets together by quantity in 2017 it doesn't.  you threw me for a loop when you said it was already checked. I haven't had a job yet to use worksheets since I upgraded to 2017.
