Printing thin lines in Revit
« on: Feb 20, 2018, 22:02:08 PM »
Is there a way to make it print thin lines despite what's set in object styles? You can have thick or thin lines by toggling the button in your view. But I can't get it to print like my view with thin lines.

Thanks
Thanks, Dino

There is a rank order for visibility settings.. & it is quite complex & dependant on what type of view you are using it for. Working, 3D or plotting view.

Generally if you want to set a view to override a object style, I would tend to use a filter to override. Could you clarify what type of element you are trying to make as thin lines?

If its your ductwork or pipework than put in a filter for that view to override object style. Select all duct/pipe elements in the filter rule & change to thin linetype.
