Dynamic holes to be added to access doors

Hey good folk, I'm trying to get some weight behind this idea. We have dynamic holes for pretty much everything else except access doors. These would require rounding off on the edges rather than squared holes.
Anyway your vote would be appreciated if this is something you agree with.

If you make your access panels with rounded corners, the dynamic holes has rounded corners. Not sure what your looking for
