Just adding another issue that has cropped up with 2018. This is with Tech Support and I'll post a reply if we solve it.
When in Fabrication CADmep 2018 with pipe on the screen, I double clicked on an item to get the item properties of it and the software stops responding completely. I have waited several minutes for a response with no luck. I have to use Task Manager to end the software and restart it. This issue is with several different drawings from existing drawings to new ones. I have saved the drawings back to an earlier version and opened them in 2017 and I am able to get to the item properties with no problems.
This issue has been a problem for several days (several computer restarts). I have done a software repair and a reinstall. I have not done an uninstall and reinstall yet.
