Keyboard shortcuts to select items? (Design Line)
« on: Aug 23, 2018, 10:11:41 AM »
Does anybody know if there's a way to set up a keyboard shortcut to select items from the services menu, either when using design line or just the attacher? I think this could speed up my estimating a lot even if I just used it for one or two common items such as dampers and attenuators.

Many thanks in advance  :)

Have you tried setting up the Key Sequence in the buttons?
Ver. 2018.0.0.F (28)  -  AEC Collection 2018  -  CADmep, CAMduct, and ESTmep 2018
Windows 7 Pro x64 -  2 Intel Xeon E5-2603 @ 1.80GHz -  32 GB RAM  -  NVIDIA Quadro 4000

The key sequences only work for the quick takeoff unfortunately, not the design line entry. Should've said that in my original post really.

Would be lovely to be able to do this, then I could add a shortcut to buttons on my mouse and save a lot of time.
