Navis manage 18 crashing when attempting to sync

Has anyone ran into problems with Navisworks crashing when syncing?  It only happens on one machine.  A few others are operating fine.  I tried an uninstall and fresh install but it keeps happening.  I get the warning and let me send the report to autodesk but then closes the program. 

The program is Navisworks manage 2018 and we are trying to sync with a live revit model

Any thoughts?

** Not sure what the problem was but uninstalling all Autodesk Products and reinstalling seems to have solved the problem **

So as mentioned in the comment above, the fresh reinstalled worked for that user.  Now I have another user with the same problem.  Everytime they "REFRESH" the program crashes. 

2018 navisworks manage working with a bim 360 design project.  Multiple user without problems.  They can open the program, open the model move around and look at stuff but when the "Refresh" is clicked the program crashes.

Doing a google search the only thing I'm seeing is Autodesk Knowledge Network saying its because the model is not cached locally and offers a solution.  That solutions seemed to work yesterday but I'm getting reports of it crashing again today.

Any thoughts? ???
