Customize Multiple Item Properties Not Saving
« on: May 08, 2019, 04:28:46 PM »
I have modified the Multiple Item Properties in our Database as shown in screen shot 1. When I use the Item properties button, Item Custom Data Field #5 through 7 will not show up. They only way it shows up is if I select the customize button and hit ok. then it refreshes. Any thoughts? Also, it seems like editing this list is "by profile" its not a global change?

This is also causing the Custom Data Fields #5-7 to not fill even when I put the data in.... very confusing

Did you add/create field 5-7 after drawing the ITM's?

No? Field 5 & 7 are a part of GRD's.

I figured my issue out!! It was a database issue. Seeing as this is the first time I have messed with these settings, I would say that this would help the company that sells the VALUE PACK out. The first screen shot is what the numbers were out of the box. the 2nd is what I changed the numbers to. now the custom data fields "stick" and work properly.
