Two valves, one inserts and the other doesn't
« on: Jun 30, 2023, 16:57:26 PM »
After building a new valve, I can't get it to attach at the attacher arrow nor in Revit.  The new valve was a copy of another with the only thing different being the dimensions and connectors.

After that, I took a another valve and just dumped the new dimensions into it leaving the same fields but deleting one that wasn't needed.  Nothing.

Same as above but left the deleted field.  Nothing.

The original works, the copy doesn't.

See attached.  The file with the underscore is the new one.

Signed, Deeply frustrated.

***Solved - see below***

I have not looked at the ITM as I am metric but you mentioned you had changed the connectors.
It must be a connector logic or size issue. Post a snip of this.
I assume they are both the same CID.

***Solved***
User error.  my pipe size dimension wasn't 0.75 for the 3/4" version.  That is the one I was testing.  ::)
