Turn on Insert part when placing fab part

Is there a way to turn on the Insert Part when placing fabrication part? So I do not have to click it every time.

That would be a nice feature as I don't think we have "takeoff as cut in" anymore in Revit.

I created a custom shortcut key for this; IP. If you go to file-options-user interface-keyboard shortcuts. You can add custom keys to commands.

Yeap, that worked.
But still it is an extra click, I wish it would be turned on once I pick part from Database
