Are you making or moving your Groups in this part of screen?

Though that is screen shot of 2018, I will have to check 19/20 when home

When someone asks where you see yourself in 5 years... Buddy, I'm just trying to make it to Friday. :)

Wrong group.  You highlighted service group.  I'm asking about service template groups.

I just realized that I was thinking of a completely different thing. I have not done any service template groups, but all my service templates are in alphabetical order.

I may have to check out the groups here in the near future though.

bknapton,
I apologize for not understanding your question at first and now I do see what you are talking about with the Service Template Groups, which to be honest I personally would not use, it does create them out of order on my end as well. I found that when I tried to make a Duplicate of the canned "No Group" it made a duplicate and even empty I could not delete it.

I always leave my service templates groupless which keeps them in order and name them accordingly:
all duct templates start with DUCT-### Duct-#### , Plumbing I use PL###- and Pipe I use Mech-###

Seems it sorts just fine but it cant sort Group Names.

As cadbob has said maybe it's just not an ideal situation to use groups in the templates?
I sort all mine by material type in there; In my last database I sorted like cadbob does, but I find material (copper, pvc, cast-iron, etc.) works best for me.
