Recreate Clash Detective style view

I'm wondering if it's possible to create a view style that looks like the results when running a clash.

Ex:  Have my duct and another trade (Fire Protection for example) retain their normal look, while having everything else be grayed out wireframe.

I've checkout out Appearance Profiler, but it looks like that only changes colors?

If I select a specific model in the Selection Tree, right-click to change Render Style, it changes the Render Style of everything...

Any ideas? Thank you!
