Nesting internal vs external insulation
« on: Oct 11, 2019, 12:14:05 AM »
The answer for this question may be somewhere but I could not find :(
We more than one have to scrap all the external insulation due to after cutting their sizes is for internal not external :(
Talking with our CAMduct guy he said that he has to maintain two different databases one is for internal insulation and another is for external with different configurations and use these two databases to nest for the insulation accordingly hence sometimes he forgets to swap between  >:(
I understand there is a setting under Pattern Switches -> Developments -> Insulation labels On Inside to flip the face of insulation but how can we set this up separately for internal and external insulation within the same database? How can you guys sort this out?
Fyi, when we cut insulation, the foil face is always face upward regardless internal or external

You should be able to setup allowances on a per material basis.

Thanks craigjonnson. I'm new to this industry so not have many connections, definitely will have a chat Danny Tan if I have a chance.

Thanks Darren, I did not know that setting is available, will play around to see how it goes.

Cheers
