Line up grid bubbles in every view

Hey guys,
I need to adjust all grid bubbles in line, so they look nice and clean. What is you suggestion on this

If the grid part of your model you should be able to move them.  I think when they line up a dashed line appears signifying alignment.
Can't remember if there is a way to move them in multiple views at same time.

Thank you.I did some research on this. It is kind of a pain when you have scope boxes and grid lines that share

I'm not in front of my computer but the I believe it only shows similar views in the same scale.n

So, I created scope boxes first and extended height of those thru the whole building, then assigned grids to each scope box.
We had 2 different set of grids in one scope box and I had to manually move them to the correct position and then used Propagate Extents to apply them on all views.

On your next project. Do not propogate the extents of gridlines. Use scope boxes to trim your plan views. Ensure you have the Annotation crop box ticked on your properties browser. To align your grids, select one grid, right-click > select all instances within project. Right-click on a grid line > Maximise 3D extents. All grids will be aligned on all views.
