I switched mine to Heto CID#24 to allow you to swap them in Revit. We don't use the one's that has the smaller Rectangular end like yours but it does work in Revit if you want to try that one. On the larger ones that have an offset I left as CID#20 and kept them as a Square to Round style.
They work but you need to have separate .itms for each size.
Do you stack the buttons or make a "Tap" tab on your services?
I agree with Pattern 24. The only issue I see is the fact that it does not look like a "standard" HETO because of the oval bottom. But if that's what works, it is what we go with.
We rotate HETOs based on CID 28 around with no problem. Are you using the Connect as Tap icon in the ribbon? You have to use it everytime since you can't default it.
