Designline custom annotation field
« on: Feb 19, 2020, 06:32:42 PM »
Hi,

It sure would be nice if you could number an entire designline.  For example a rack of individual gas lines from their own meters to the units they serve.  A custom field in the Edit Item Info dialog that could be annotated in the drawing would be perfect.

Thanks,
Eric Fox

You do have the ability to add custom data fields through the Design Entry tab to use under the Criteria tab. Once you have the custom field enabled under Design Entry, you will now have it as in option for Line>Edit>Item Information.

Thanks Lyle.  That sounds too easy!

This method also works well for refrigeration when keep track of developed lengths.
