Is there a way to select entire sections or fitting types to change locks, seams or pressure classes? I do not want to open/edit each fitting.

You can select an entire section in the Job Contents window, right click and select Change Specification (Pressure Class). This will reassign connectors and seams (if not locked). You cannot globally change the locks or seams, if locked.

The seams are locked :(  I can change them manually here at the shop. The problem I have encountered is out at a Jobsite the CAD operator drew the 1st five floors using a database he setup. We got him back on our database :D and informed him the reasons for using one database but I am faced with five floors of ductwork with incorrect locks seams and connectors.  Is there a way I can use scripting to fix this? If yes where do I start learning how to.

At the moment there is no ability to use Scripting in PM2000, this is going to be an option in the near future though.

Unfortunately it doesn't help with your current problem... sorry.

To make things easier, and because this is likely to become a large subject, I've created a new forum called CADduct Solids Scripting API and moved all the content there...
