Manageable trapeze families

Having a trapeze family with manageable rod would be great.  The current families, with the rod searching for a structural host are fine, but a host isn't always present.  In those instances, rod length adjustments aren't available.  The consequences are ugly rod in the models and errors in reports.

Agreed completely. The API/Dynamo support is there for this. What's missing is a UI/back-end to change the Hanger ITM dimensions like we can in CAD/CAM/EST.

You can draw a revit floor set to the desired height and have the hangers attach, then delete the floor if its not needed.
