Elbow Seam Locations
« on: Aug 24, 2020, 13:22:55 PM »
Hi, I enclosed a picture of a light gauge galvanized elbow Tag. We like our seams staggered like this but the only way I can get it is in a grouped elbow which don't always nest well. If I switch to single segments for better nesting all my seams will be on the same side.

is there any way to get staggered seams like a grouped elbow to burn in single segments?

The reason we like staggered seams is because it makes the elbows idiot proof to stitchweld (only have to adjust backstop once for a gap = less broken wires) and to gorelock (midgore is always male -male and gores 2 and 4 are always male-female)

Thanks
