Dynamic Holes
« on: Sep 16, 2020, 03:37:31 AM »
I've set up my ESTmep 2021 to machine cut straights with dynamic holes, however I have a problem with the adjacent items in that there is a 25mm gap between the machine cut straight & the next duct piece (25mm being the difference between the plasma cut straight - 1375mm & the decoiled straight 1400mm)

The way I see it this could be either of 3 things:
* A known issue
* Something else I need to do to get the adjoining duct to "correct" itself when using machine cut dynamic holes? I am currently manually adjusting the adjoining duct
* My system - as it is a bit glitchy

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have had this problem too and was told this is the sheet being sent to the plasma when the dynamic hole is on. The guys in the shop told me they had to set the machine cut length to be greater than 1500. There's is set to 3m with no issues since.
