Looking to build an Uponor Metal Bend Support - https://www.uponor-usa.com/en/products/metal-bend-supports

It looks similar in geometry to a saddle shield bent 90 deg. along the length. I know I could just use an elbow, and will if no other options.

I think a bend would be the only way to do that.
Mind you that is not real world is it because it should be one continuous length of pipe through it.
I would just issue the pipe fitter a bag of those to use where required.
