Tap of rect duct

I've done some searching and am still struggling. I would like to change the type of tap to a shoe tap that Designline uses to tape from rectangular duct. Where would I go to do this. Also, are there any good guides out there for Designline as it seems to almost be it's own little animal within fab. Thank you for any help!

Yes I have. It's an invaluable guide to getting started with Designline. I am looking for help in changing the defaults that Designline uses for taps, hangers, etc.

Howdee
interestingly enough design line "defaults" are directly related to how the buttons are arranged it reads top to bottom left to right .... it searches the buttons first for something that fits ...if not then it goes to the button mapping .... so you can change the priority of an object by the order in which it appears in the lineup .....
is that any help?

Yes. That is very helpful and makes sense. Thank you. I re-arranged the button mapping a bit to attempt to have it default to radius fittings instead square elbows, offsets, etc. Would this be the same school of thought?
Thank you again!
