Cost.MAP usage

So... Anyone know what data is actually held in Cost.MAP?

Recently started using a pricing add-in and I noticed that the only thing it seems to update is the SUPPLIER.MAP but previously when doing manual updates the Cost.MAP was also edited at the same time.

I have some older documentation (I believe from Darren) that doesn't list any info for Cost.MAP, but does list the info for SUPPLIER.MAP as "Pricing Groups, Price Lists, Price Tables".

I know the Labor Rates section is stored in the cost.map, not sure what else is tied to this file.
