Transfer from cloud to cloud

How do you transfer a linked Revit central model from one cloud to another?
Project was started on our sub contractor company Cloud. Now the General Contractor wants the files hosted on their companies cloud.
I can only think of downloading the files (Project file and linked files) to a local drive and uploading them, File-Save As-Cloud
Project, to the new cloud and relink the files.
Then save as a central model on the new cloud. I believe that the linked files can be uploaded though BIM360 directly.
Anyone know of a better method?

If it's a collaboration file publish the model, then download source from BIM360.  If it needs to stay a collaboration model open the downloaded file, detached from central then go to collaborate>create a new central and upload the model to the new location.
