2022 Designline Issues

Anyone else notice in 2022 that when placing a node for a hanger (hanger, riser clamp, etc.) that it places the size based on the Constraint you have set and not the size of the line it's being placed on?

This has been testing in both ESTmep & CADmep.

Also noticing no matter the button order it's putting in hangers based on whatever it feels like unless I specifically exclude the the ones I don't want..

I have not tested yet but it think hangers in DL get broken in every new release.

I think you're right there.
Maybe it's the CID we are using as we went back to the old ones because the new ones weren't working right in Revit.

So, doing some more digging. It seems like some things are working in reverse order. Instead of going from first button to last button it works in reverse and goes from last button to first button in your service. Weird part is, it doesn't seem to affect everything.. So I'm not sure how or why it is doing it.

Not sure if this is related but default shape in Setup Services/Service Information appears broken as well - I set the shape, hit okay, re-open Service Information and it's blank.

They are working on all of these plus some. Been in contact with a guy from Autodesk Germany on a few items.

Yup. It seems like the persons I have been dealing with at autodesk can replicate so they are working on it I think. Crossing my fingers and toes it gets fixed.

I've been having the same issue on our end.  Has anything been done on Autodesk end to fix by chance? 

Does anyone have ideas for a workaround?

Yeah, no change yet.
I actually worked back in versions and it seems like a lot of these issues are present from 2020 and on. Not sure about 2019 because we skipped that version. The last "stable" version for these issues for us seems to be 2018. =/

Everything worked fine for us in 2019.  We recently made the switch to 2022 and started experiencing issues.
