Issue binding design model to project

I am trying to bind the design model to the project but getting the error below.  No details...   Anyone else had this issue?  I have done it with no issues before.

Are you trying to bind with Levels and Grids or without? I think I had this issue before and it was a Levels issue, there was a very slight difference in one of the Models levels (either mine or the one I was trying to bind) that I couldnt see until I changed the units to decimal and had the decimal units show like .000000000001 places. Then I reset the level that was off to the right distance.
