Round Access Panel won't match properties

Hi,

I'm trying to clean up our ductwork database and am having trouble with Item 580, Round Access Panel.  When I try to match the Service Specification using Match Item Properties, it fails. 

The "Problem" box appears saying: "Unable to match Item Property "Item Specification".

If I right-click the Icon, the Specification and Insulation Spec are Not set and unlocked.  The Material and thickness is None and unlocked.

I've tried messing about with various settings, but fail every time.  Any ideas?

As an update guys.  CHSPEC works fine.

I would look at the Setup Services > service specification and see if its set to none.

Thanks for the response.  No joy I'm afraid.  the service is specified as per the attached image.

I see yours is looking like a hole, so, I am attaching ours for anyone to use, will look more like an access door...
