Cadbob did get me up and running with downloading 2023 FabCadMep OE. Not exactly sure how it fixed my 2023 Navisworks when I am running FabCadMep 2022, but it did.  :)

So glad your up and running.
   I figured that because of the New way Navis 2023 looks at dwg's in the Options Category part, and the installed CADduct version being the year prior, that what was required was to patch it forward with the 2023 OE.

  Navis was reading the dwg's and not loading the older DBX

These settings don't seem to effect the selection tree on my end though... Still shows items as "MAPS_SOLID".

Side Note: quick properties seems to display elevation as rounded inches. For example 7' - 5 3/4" is shown as "90".

All useful information, although I have not come across or discovered a solution to the selection tree issue regarding "MAPS_SOLID."
