problem to make round brance parts item PAT336

When we try to make the brance part of PAT336 the round parts is not round. It is small lines attached. When reading the Help, the setting shut be> numbers of round sections > Developmentss to make the round line more smooth. But when i change this to a higner numer, the "new" lines does not connect to the kurved line. I can see more lines, but i stil have a curve there is an numer of small straight lines. When cutting i get not a smooth nice line, but a lot of small lines. This looks shitty. Does any know a solution on this problem?

I think the lines not connecting to the end is a non issue / just a visual error. Possibly the allowance to body in the fitting options is set really small and the line isn't rendering.

What year are you running? I did notice 2024 and 2025 have some development issues with some of the patterns. It had more to do with seams and connector notches cutting into the body of the fitting though.

As far as the database developments option we've ran with 48 since 2020 and the patterns seem to come out fine. It makes me wonder if it could be the post processor? When we switched to a laser table we noticed that curves on some patterns cut more like connecting small lines instead of a curve - but the parts came out okay and were still very workable.

Also, you may want to try a different pattern that does the same thing to see if you get the same result. It could be pattern related. It looks like CID 1601 might work in this instance. It appears a bit smoother than 336 to me.
