Cyb's are a little different than the other common table/controller types available.
A Cyb setup requires a few things.

The most important and often difficult part is retrieving the original boot file from the hardware, but it seems someone on this thread above can assist there. I believe there are 2 possible file extensions - .OCU and .PRG

Another key is boot file placement - I've always placed boot files in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Fabrication 2024\CAMduct
You will need to create a shortcut of CYB.EXE installed with CAMduct. (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Fabrication 20xx\CAMduct) to your desktop. Once done adjust the end of the target path to include a SPACE BOOTFILENAME

Lastly go into CAMduct and generate a new installed machine - set your table dimensions and points (home, origin etc) - Load CYBGEN64.VPL within the controller tab. I believe the post has no special features to note or worry about.
Add a tool with tooling values, throw in a test fitting and you should be off to the races.

Note: I have had to utilize the conversion multiplier in the past with a few of these setups, but not all.

The question is...who's left at ASTI that even knows anything about this stuff?  Garrett Tice isn't there. He was training in Jordan Massey but he's no longer there.  There's a lot of manufacturing folks who understand CAM/Machine setup...but they don't know CAMduct.

Even the CAMduct folks don't typically know the machine side. And the AEC folks are usually out of their lane when working with such things.

Everyone I know who know this well works for someone else as a full time gig or lives on the other side of the globe.

This is a huge problem and Autodesk isn't doing anything about it. It's the same issue on the ESTmep side, there's no reseller support for new clients or support for new machine setup. I have not had a reason to reach out to ASTI but I would doubt they have anybody to assist with anything else beside taking your money.

Autodesk ran off much of their seasoned help across all platforms back around 2018. Doesn't look like things will get any better.
