Anyone out there with a Iowa Pro-Fabriduct full coil line and doing downloads from CAMduct? I'am running into a bunch of problems with how things come through and hoping someone else has gone through this.
1. We shear our blanks off the coil-line for our machine cut items.
The sizes flip so our short size is first on duct items, but its doing this to our blank out as well. This creates a problem as our blanks only have one dimensions in field 1. Field 2 is set to zero. When this comes through the machine errors out as it see zero as the first dimension.
2.Some S&D seem to be flipping short and long sizes.
3. Beads/No beads never changes.
4. Does it matter is Pin spacing is displayed even though insulation is set to none?
5. Any connector besides TDC and S&D comes up as "none".
6. We tested an odd size of duct, 27"x25" and nothing was output. The file was literally blank.
Hopefully someone has ran into similar issues as getting support for these items has not been very easy.
