Stratus Sheet - Fab Map
« on: Aug 25, 2023, 19:16:42 PM »
Starting my first post on this forum, fingers crossed I don't embarrass myself...
Looking for some feedback as we are still fairly new using Stratus....... I see with the latest update from Stratus improvements were made to item numbers and tagging for "Stratus Sheets" in Packages and Assemblies, very helpful, but I am looking to keep just the assembly's name tags visible in the Stratus Sheet spool map and eliminate all the item numbers. We still rely on paper in the field for our fabrication package deliverable and this sheet will be a must have until we roll out Stratus to the field. Thank you.

Still new to STRATUS here also, if you click display item numbers, then delete all item numbers except for Assembly #, that can get you by, till you find out.

Admin, Naming and Numbering, numbering Schemes....mess around in there to see if you can get what you need.

Grodsky1,

You will want to set the 'tag visibility filter' to something that will never find a part. A filter with a rule for a diameter of "asdf" would work for this. You can find the tag visibility filter under Admin-Company-View Styles.

Because the assembly tags are not associated with a part, they will still display, but all the part number tags will be removed from the view.

Thank you David, sounds good, will need to create a new filter just for this use. I will give it a whirl....

You can also hide the tags in naming and numbering section. If you go there and uncheck assembled parts that would turn them off across the board.

Thanks Breaker, unfortunately unchecking these boxes still does not eliminate them when clicking the display item numbers button in Package Viewer.  Any other suggestions?
