Insulation on random couplings

I know this is old, but did you make sure that on the coupling itself, you have insulation spec set to "Not Set" and the Insulation set to "Off"? Make sure both of these are unlocked as well.

This way the only thing that controls the insulation will be the Service Information.

Yeah we had to end up creating a "no insulation" spec and applying it to non-insulated systems.  works fine as long as our database guy remembers to apply in when he builds our services.
