Applying Cost Rate to Supports
« on: Feb 20, 2024, 21:54:01 PM »
So I have a support set to a Labor Rate List. The Harrison code is correct for the item. However my installation costs for the hanger is always 0 when i run cost breakdown. Any thoughts? I'm about ready to pull the trigger on the 2015 ESTmep book at this point since I can't find documentation on this stuff.

I edited this post as I too found that using ESTmep 2020 my E-Times were reporting out 0.
I have 2024 on a VM for testing, everything worked in there, so I posted it works in 2024.
We use 2020, so I crapped my pants a bit, but knew that I'm reporting this out. So I reopened ESTmep to print the report but found the cost breakdown was working again.

Turn it off and back on. :) The only other thing that I have done in this time was to delete the database from its location and paste it back in from the master location.

Not a work around I'm baffled as to why it wasn't and now is working.

So I am a little embarrassed. I had the damn field locked. Once i unlocked it the calc was performed and the cost per item counter filled in with the correct value.
