Ductwork Transition Tag with Arrow

We have a transition tag that reads the set correctly. I have a left and right arrow in the tag as well. I have the arrows set with parameters. When I load the tag into the project, under graphics of the tag, the arrows left and right don't appear to where I can select them, only in the properties drop down i can select arrow left or right. Any idea what I am missing? Can I have these under graphics where it is just one tag and have the option to select right, left, or now arrow??

You can assign the visibility of the arrowhead to Left or Right within the family.
We have done the same thing. Ive attached the file "Revit 2020" for you to review and some screens shots on how this works.
