Show Service is Grayed out

Hi I've recently ran into an issue where when you right click on a part in existing project "Show Service in Part Browser" option is not available, same goes to the button "Show Service" under "Parts" in the "Modify" Tab. Any advice would be helpful.

I'm running R23.1.40.56

Is the service available in your service by manual means?

Yes Sir!

This should be greyed out by default. Its enabled when you select a service that is not the current service within the palette.

This same thing is happening to me. Did you ever figure out how to fix it? I cannot click show service as its greyed out at all times.
