We went thru the same issue, had to edit all of our dampers so that the holes would burn correctly, specially if the duct is Double Wall, holes were NOT aligning...

Is a constant discovery of things that either stopped working or needs fixing... 2025? No, do you have a list of things that are fixed on 2025?

Found another issue I'll be submitting an Autodesk ticket on.  Seam development on CID#8 (square to rounds) when set to corner seams and extension values are greater than 1inch.  The seam lap just doesn't develop at all on the extension portion, unlike in 2021.

Hi Liltinner

I'm sorry you're running into this. I can reproduce here. Can you check what happens when you use different options for the "Seam Cut Back", It looks like this may be where the change in behavior is happening, and maybe a quick workaround while we figure out why you're seeing this.

See image, adding a value (seems any value, in this instance 1") brings the seam back.

Craig, I initially thought it could work as a work around, but while it brings the lap back and can achieve the nominal cut back of the lap I need, it kills any non-square connector notching entirely.  Fixes 1 problem and creates another.

Looks like slice notching is not working for our Ductmate connector in 2025 like it used to in 2021.  The tie rod holes still recognize they need to set back from the slipped flanged connector, but the slice notch doesn't get the memo like it did it 2021.

We're seeing that when liner/ liner specs are used with fittings that have damper options, that the dampers attach to the liner and not the fitting. Is anyone else getting that, or know how to fix it?

Edit : Upon further review it looks like this is an attempt to make the damper blade development the correct size. Which would be nice, except the fact that it's useless feature above a 12'' damper blade since it still won't cut it into 2 blades, (like the manual entry volume damper does), and make 2 holes if a shop has the holes turned on for cutting. The unfortunate side effect is that the handle length doesn't adjust to keep the handle visible in models.

Hi liltinner
Thank you for logging the issue with us. I'm sorry you're experiencing this, It looks like a regression from 2025, but I have a few questions. I'll email you directly.
