Scribe mark notch on round fittings and collars

Cam-burger:
Has anyone ever figured out how to get a round seam to have a "tick" mark at the allowance so that the fab shop doesnt have to hand scribe everything?  I saw a few posts from long ago, but they didnt quite do what we are looking for.  I attached some images of some that I hand edited in opus that shows what I am trying to explain since I am not always good at words haha.
