OEM field for Hangers
« on: Sep 04, 2024, 13:11:00 PM »
Running some reports and I noticed that the Fabrication Product Data area is missing.  This includes the OEM and Product Short Description. Is there anyway to get this added?

That was my first thought but I checked it and it is there.  This particular part was created is a hanger based on CID#838. The other hangers with that pattern are also missing those fields.

Is the ID matching in the Mapprod vs the hanger itself in the catalogue?

So you are telling me that for hangers on CID#838, that info is showing in Revit? This appears to be happening with various ITMs using that pattern.

Works fine for me if the ID matches the mapprod.

Found this, it is a version issue.  I test in 2020 since that is the lowest version we current projects in. https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fabrication-Product-Data-not-loaded-in-Revit.html

I haven't gotten it to show yet but at least I know it was "fixed".
